Jacqueline Sinclair, Founder and Principal Consultant, is a senior compliance and regulatory leader (SMF16 and SMF17 approved by the FCA) with more than fifteen years experience in financial services, covering the Lloyd's and London insurance market, banking, and a stint working as an enforcement lawyer with the Australian conduct regulator, ASIC.
She is adept at working across multiple jurisdictions, and working in high growth, PE backed businesses where the compliance function acts as a strategic enabler to growing the business. She has built compliance functions from the ground up, and is skilled at developing best in class, highly engaged teams, alongside managing regulatory relationships.
